This 1976 documentary ably demonstrates what made the golden era of MGM moviemaking great, from Jimmy Durante's comic "Inka Dinka Doo" to Judy Garland's acing her audition with Kelly in Ziegfeld Follies. Here too are the antics of the Marx Brothers; classic moments with Garbo, Gable, and Garson; Ethel Waters "Taking a Chance on Love" from Cabin in the Sky; and Bobby Van doing the famous "hop dance" in Small Town Girl.
